Your doctor’s office will schedule the date and time for your surgery with the hospital and give you pre-surgery instructions. You will also be given a pre-admission appointment. The pre-admission appointment will take approximately an hour. Please bring all orders and paperwork from your doctor. Also bring all current medications in their bottles. Enter the hospital through the front entrance and let the registration desk know you are here for a pre-admission appointment. You will then be directed to a registration clerk.
