Position Title: Nurse Manager

Department:PCU/SCU
Position Description: Responsible for daily operations of two acute care units (PCU 15 beds, SCU 7 beds) including staffing, budgets, clinical practice, professional development, evaluation and strategic planning.
Develop and maintain an environment that supports the professional nurse and staff.
Interact with patients, families and staff.
Work in collaboration with nursing leadership to foster the mission and vision within the organization.

    Qualifications:
    Education:Bachelor's or Master's Degree Preferred.
    Experience:At least one year experience in PCU/SCU nursing.
    At least one year nursing management experience.
    Special Skills:Strong leadership and written/oral communication skills.
    License Required:Current Florida RN licensure, current BLS, ACLS certification.
