CEO's Message
At Jackson Hospital our mission is “to provide the highest quality healthcare to those we serve that enhances life in a compassionate environment”. How we embrace that mission and move toward our vision of “becoming the first choice for healthcare needs of our service area” will change in the future.
The people piece of who we are will remain the most important ingredient of our success. The professional skills that come from education and experience are the traits of the mind. The personal skills that are exemplified by compassion and personal attention are the traits of the heart and spirit. It’s at Jackson Hospital where this notion of High Tech Care and Home Town Caring come together. One without the other is simply not enough.
Building the strength of our people, our plans are to construct a new Jackson Hospital, one that can grow to meet the needs of our service area for the century to come. The new hospital will house modern technologies, offer privacy and comfort to patients and families, and attract the healthcare professionals that we want to care for us now and in the future.
